Refund Policy

1. Who sells you the product

The free test and free result never cost anything and are not covered by this Policy.

Paid products, the Detailed Report (one-time purchase) and the MindMatriq Plus subscription, are sold by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and Paddle's refund process apply to every purchase, and Paddle issues all refunds to the original payment method. This Policy explains what we, MindMatriq (ABC SM), add on top of Paddle's rules.

2. Our 14-day refund promise

If you are not satisfied with a Detailed Report, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

This applies wherever you live and whether or not the law of your country gives you a refund right. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Limits: one goodwill refund per person per test session; we may decline repeat refund requests that appear to be abuse (for example buying and refunding reports for many sessions).

3. How to get a refund

Choose either route; both reach the same outcome:

1. Via Paddle: reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use https://paddle.net (enter the email used at checkout and the order number). Paddle processes refunds directly.
2. Via us: email support@mindmatriq.com with the email used at checkout and, if you have it, the Paddle order number. We will ask Paddle to refund you.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once issued, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Access to the refunded report is withdrawn when the refund is issued.

4. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU, UK and similar laws)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with an equivalent rule, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered instantly, this right ends once delivery has begun with your express agreement. Before you pay for a Detailed Report we therefore ask you to tick a box confirming that:

"I want the report delivered immediately. I understand that by agreeing to immediate delivery I lose my 14-day right to withdraw from this purchase."

If you do not tick it, the report is not delivered immediately and your withdrawal right is preserved.

Because our 14-day refund promise (Section 2) covers the same period and more, in practice you can still get your money back within 14 days whether or not you ticked the box.

5. Subscriptions (MindMatriq Plus)

• Cancel any time. Use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email, or contact support@mindmatriq.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• First payment: the 14-day refund promise in Section 2 applies to the first payment of a new subscription.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded except where required by law, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. If you contact us within 7 days of a renewal you did not intend, and you have not used the subscription in the new period, we will refund it as a courtesy.
• Price changes: we email you before a price change applies; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

6. When we may refuse a refund

We may refuse a refund outside your statutory rights where a purchase was made in breach of our Terms of Service (for example a report bought for a session that was automated or taken on someone else's behalf), or where the request pattern indicates abuse. We will always honour refunds required by law.

7. Founders cohort

The first 400 people to complete the test receive the Detailed Report free. Nothing is charged, so no refund applies. If you were in the Founders cohort and were nevertheless charged, contact support@mindmatriq.com and we will arrange a full refund.

8. Taxes and currency

Prices shown at checkout include or exclude tax as stated by Paddle for your country. Refunds include the tax charged. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge; any difference caused by exchange-rate movements or bank fees is outside our control.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund is faster and does not risk your access being blocked. We may suspend paid access where a chargeback is opened while a refund request is already being processed.
